These classes are raw, unedited, and were first live-streamed over Zoom. They are perfectly imperfect! 

  • Most classes are 30-90 minutes or so in length

  • Most classes have chanting, music, and a strong, dynamic sequence of poses that will keep you wondering what’s next!  

  • Note: During the practices, I am usually practicing along with you and sometimes talk with/give cues to participants, kids, and dogs that happened to be practicing live with us that day
